Billing System Error
Due to an system error customers who are billed quarterly (every 3 Months), may not receive a bill for the first quarter of 2018. Unfortunately this system error caused roughly 200 bills to not be sent out this quarter.
We are working diligently on resolving this issue as quickly possible. However, in the meantime, here are some things you can do in order to make sure your account is current.
You can Call
If you wish to have a new bill printed and mailed to you, please call us at (814) 479-8236.
You can fill out a Customer Support Ticket
If you wish to have a new bill printed and mailed to you but don't want to talk on the phone just fill out a customer service ticket under the contact us tab and tell us you'd like a new bill sent out!
You can send in your payment without your Bill Payment Slip
If you'd rather not contact anyone and just want to send in your payment feel free to do just that! Even though we would love to receive a payment slip with your payment, we at RCI understand it may not be the most convenient way for you at this time, so feel free to submit a payment for the quarter without the payment slip if that fits your needs the best.
We understand this may have caused some confusion and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or a loved one.
