Billing Error Update
As explained in a previous article, this years first quarter RCI experienced a major glitch in the system causing multiple billing errors in our system. We want to thank everyone for their patience while we addressed each issue and let you know the glitch was found and fixed.
Not only have we fixed the issue but we have also taken preventative measures up to and including updating our systems here at RCI. This will help to mitigate any future problematic occurrences. We want to assure you that we at RCI want to provide you with the most exceptional service possible every step of the way!
